Is Bike still run faster than the bus in Tianjin?

Hello,everyone:

I'm new here.

I graduated from Tianjin Polytechnic University,and Tianjin is my second home town.I like the city.

When I study in Tianjin, the bus made me dumbfound,It was always slower than a bicycle.Now what is this?
